Step 1: Brief chat

Step 2: Website Setup

We require the setup/design fee to register your domain name and setup your new website on our servers. After payment, you will automatically be directed to a website design questionnaire where we obtain initial design information to speed up the design process. We will then schedule the work and notify you of a mock-up deadline for your approval.

Step 3: Mock-ups for approval

We send you a mock-up of your website for your approval. Should you require any changes, we will be happy to carry out any tweaks until you are 100% happy with the design - we guarantee complete satisfaction. After approval, we then create the actual website from the approved mock-up and backup the contents of your old website if you are transferring to us.

Step 4: Completion

Once the website is fully coded, we then setup your hosting and send you user guides to easily manage and update your site.  Your site will go live soon after.

If you are transferring to us, then we will send you a pre-written email to send to your existing company for them to release your domain to us. You can still login to edit your new site prior to it going live. We will take care of the rest and your new site will go live as soon as the domain has been fully transferred.
