I agree to the scope of work as detailed above and would like to proceed for a total investment of £3000+vat and then £25+vat monthly thereafter for hosting. I understand a 50% deposit (£1500+vat) is required to secure the deal and to schedule in the work to begin. I understand that the remaining 50% is due upon completion and going live, and that the £25+vat hosting amount will start once the site has gone live. I have read and agree to the Terms & Development Agreement, the Privacy Policy and agree to my data being stored.
