Each month you get time with us for the website jobs you'd rather not do yourself, such as updating your prices, adding new photos or refreshing a page. Just send us a support request through your client portal and we'll take care of it.
You can see what we've done and how much time you have left in your client portal at any time. There's no minimum term, so you're free to cancel whenever you like.
This agreement is between Truly Empowered Ltd, trading as Therapy Webgenie (company number 11904082, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ) ("Therapy Webgenie"), and the client who completes and signs this form ("the Client").
1.1 Each calendar month, the plan includes the amount of Therapy Webgenie's time chosen in this form ("the Monthly Time").
1.2 The Monthly Time covers work on the Client's existing website that the Client requests. This includes updating text and images, small layout changes, adding a page in the existing design and fixing problems with existing features.
1.3 New features, redesigns and new third-party services are outside the plan. Therapy Webgenie will provide a quote for this work before it begins.
2.1 The Client requests work by sending a support request through the client portal and choosing to use Care Plan time.
2.2 Therapy Webgenie records each piece of work and the time it took in the Care Plan section of the Client's portal. The Client can see the time used and remaining for the current month and earlier months at any time.
2.3 Time is recorded as the time actually spent, rounded up to the nearest five minutes.
3.1 Unused Monthly Time does not carry over to the following month and has no cash value.
3.2 Where a request would go beyond the Monthly Time, Therapy Webgenie will normally agree the extra time with the Client before starting. The exception is urgent action needed to protect the website, its data or the hosting platform.
3.3 Extra time is charged at the hourly rate in Therapy Webgenie's Terms and Conditions at the time the work is done, in 15-minute blocks, and is invoiced separately.
4.1 The monthly fee is shown in this form and is paid monthly in advance by card.
4.2 Therapy Webgenie may change the monthly fee as set out in its Terms and Conditions. A change applies from the next billing cycle.
4.3 There is no minimum term. The Client may cancel the plan at any time using the cancellation form at trulyempowered.com/cancelwebsite. The plan then ends at the end of the month already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Fees already paid are not refundable, and any unused time ends with the plan.
5.1 This agreement forms part of Therapy Webgenie's Terms and Conditions. Where they differ on the care plan, this agreement applies.
