These terms apply to all Social Media Management services provided by Therapy Webgenie.
By proceeding with this service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.
Therapy Webgenie provides a fully managed social media content service for therapists, clinics and coaches.
This includes:
The exact number of posts and platforms managed depends on the selected plan.
Content is delivered in line with your selected package.

Social Enhanced
Social Premium
Posts are distributed strategically across the selected platforms and may be adapted in format and wording to suit each platform.
The same content theme may be repurposed appropriately across multiple platforms.
All social media plans are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment.
After the initial 3-month period, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis.
Cancellation thereafter requires 30 days’ notice.
The client is responsible for providing the necessary admin or manager access to the selected social media platforms.
Therapy Webgenie cannot begin posting until access has been granted.
Any delays in access may delay the start date.
Unless otherwise agreed, the first month of content may be submitted for approval before publishing.
Once the service is live, ongoing content may be published automatically according to the agreed schedule.
If the client requests approval before every post, this must be agreed in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Content is created based on the information provided during onboarding, your website content and your selected services.

Therapy Webgenie reserves the right to use professionally designed branded templates and repurposed content themes where appropriate.
Social media management is intended to support visibility, trust and ongoing online presence.
No guarantees are made regarding:

The client remains responsible for:
Therapy Webgenie does not engage in client conversations on your behalf unless separately agreed.
Changes to selected services, branding, tone or platforms should be requested in writing.
Requests outside the selected plan limits may require an upgrade.
Therapy Webgenie reserves the right not to publish content that may be:
Therapy Webgenie reserves the right to improve, update or amend the service structure, templates or automation processes where necessary to maintain quality and scalability.
