Your current site stays live while the new one is built on a private link, so there is no need to cancel your existing provider's website until the new website goes live.
We regularly take over sites from Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Weebly, Yell, local designers, specialist therapy hosts, and other hosting setups.
Step 1: Get in touch or start the form
Contact us for a short chat, or click Get Started and complete the simple form.
You can keep the same domain. Existing mailboxes can keep running, and we can migrate mailboxes and their contents. If you prefer a fresh start, you can buy a new domain through us, which includes large-capacity mailboxes.
Step 2: We build your new site privately
After signup, we review your preferences and rebuild the site on a private link. You preview it, send feedback, and we make tweaks until you are happy.
All of that communication is tracked in the Client Portal, so decisions and notes stay in one place.
Step 3: Go live when you approve
Nothing public changes until you say so. On approval we:
- put the new site live
- redirect old links to the matching new pages where we can
- submit the site to Google
Step 4: Logins, guides, and ongoing help
We send your login details and guides so you can edit the site yourself. When you need help, or want to add features as the practice grows, you can reach us.
Hosting, updates, security and monitoring sit with us as part of the managed service after launch.
